Soft sunlit window — a quiet moment
About

A patient listener, an experienced guide.

I am an experienced Relate-trained couples counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I work in collaboration with my clients, helping them find a way to improve their relationships — with others and with themselves.

I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, life transitions, and the feeling of being stuck. I also support couples where one partner may be on the Autistic Spectrum, whether diagnosed or not.

If you are troubled or struggling and feel that no-one understands, give yourself an opportunity to talk things through. I am a supportive and patient listener — and together we can explore your concerns, resolve them, and find a way forwards.
